This 16th Century character farmhouse providing 5 star B & B accommodation is set in 2 acres picturesque gardens in quiet edge of village rural location in AONB midway Ross on Wye and Monmouth, close to Wye Valley, Royal Forest of Dean and Symonds Yat.  The accommodation which has its own fishing rights, offers a perfect base for exploring the scenic Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean, and also to discover many of Herefordshire's rural secrets.

On arrival, unwind with complimentary refreshments in the Drawing Room or Garden Room. All spacious bedrooms are en-suite and furnished with fine period pieces including a magnificent traditional King sized Four Poster with silk filled cosy duvet in the larger Victorian en-suite.

Easy access to the historic towns of Ross on Wye (5 miles) and the famous Welsh border town of Monmouth (8 miles) whilst Hereford (14 miles) with its famous Mappa Mundi makes an interesting half day visit.  Short drive to the world famous Symonds Yat Rock renowned for its magnificent viewpoint over the 'Horseshoe' bend on the River Wye and maybe a chance to see a rare Peregrine Falcon..

There is much to explore with numerous activities for the outdoor visitor including golf, canoeing, cycling and local walks in the Royal Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.
